Kia Greenwood, M.Ed. is the founder and CEO of The Educator’s Light. A veteran teacher who has taught for over 15 years, she has a passion for teaching youth, supporting new teachers, struggling teachers, and all others who are willing to grow. In addition to teaching, Kia has a vibrant background in acting, theater, comedy, and speaking in which she still enjoys in the classroom and in other arenas. Having won a number of recognitions for her teaching and speaking, her mission and that of The Educator’s Light is simple–endeavor to bring more light, joy, and common sense to education and our kids—one classroom and life at a time.

Stacy Golden has over 2 decades of experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics and Trade Compliance. Responsible for Global Operations, Stacy has traveled the world integrating and standardizing supply chain operations; maximizing top line revenue growth, process innovation & efficiency improvements generating bottom line results.
A former Executive, John Maxwell Certified Team Member and TWIN awardee has been coaching and mentoring youth and leading teams of professionals since 1999. Inspired by the young minds of today who will become the leaders of tomorrow, she founded NXTGEN.
She has been a speaker at community colleges on leadership, strategy and project management and has facilitated workshops on leadership for both youth and adult professionals. While the desire to lead is strong inside and outside the industry, she finds it most rewarding when mentoring, teaching and coaching.
Stacy integrates her professional experience in a culturally diverse world to bring relatable workshops to the youth to help prepare them for their transition into adulthood. She has a strong competency for communication, by understanding the social dynamics of people and how people interact with one another. She motivates with a roadmap for self-development and helps individuals move toward their goals.

Laura Galindo, Ed.D. has been an educator for 25 years. She is owner and administrator of Schelastic Education Center and founder of Schelastic Scholarship Fund. She is a degreed and certified educator and administrator in the state of Texas. She holds a BA in Social Psychology as well as a Masters and Doctorate degree in Educational Administration. She has worked in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the public, private, and homeschooling educational sectors in grades K-12 and adult education.
With a heart for entrepreneurship, she has succeeded in several personal businesses and network marketing initiatives including the building up of Schelastic Education Center, a non-traditional private school experience/digital learning center, Schelastic Scholarship Fund, a 501c3, that raises funds for single parent homes, and recently through partnering with Stacy Golden and Kia Greenwood, Schelastic Generation to empower the youth across the nation. Her experience as an entrepreneur has helped her develop tactics to help her students by discovering how their talents and gifts can be used to serve others.
She loves mentoring students and developing leaders and entrepreneurs who “think outside the box”. She has four beautiful children and a loving husband who, aside from God, always come first in her life. Education is her passion and she has always been an avid learner and educator.
